ReNew Wind and Solar Power IPP Project INDIA

JERA Co., Inc. (“JERA”) agreed to acquire an equity stake in ReNew through subscription to newly issued shares of ReNew by a wholly-owned JERA subsidiary. ReNew is a major renewable power generation company based in India which develops and operates wind and solar power generation widely in that country. Following the establishment of our renewable energy subsidiary, JERA Nex, in April 2024, the relevant equity interest has since been transferred to JERA Nex.
