South Mansfield Shale Gas Development and Production Project Our Company / Investment Projects
This project involves the development and production of shale gas in the Haynesville Basin in western Louisiana, United States. Through its subsidiary JERA Americas Inc., JERA has acquired interests in shale gas assets held by GEP Haynesville II, LLC and South Mansfield E&P, LLC.
The project covers an area of approximately 210 square kilometers, with plans to drill and develop around 200 additional wells. Production capacity is expected to increase from the current level of approximately 500 million cubic feet per day to approximately 1.0 billion cubic feet per day in the future.
