Linden Gas Thermal IPP Project U.S.A.

JERA acquired equity interest in Linden Topco, LLC, the operating company of a natural gas-fired thermal power cogeneration project in New Jersey, U.S.A. (the “Linden Project”).
The Linden Project sells power produced to the wholesale electricity market in the State of New York as well as the PJM Interconnection. In addition, the Linden Project sells power and steam produced during the process of power generation for industrial use.
JERA will help drive the Linden Project forward by transferring operational know-how accumulated through its extensive IPP business overseas and in Japan.
