JERA, through its subsidiary, acquired 100% of the shares of Parkwind NV, a leading offshore wind power operator in Belgium, in July 2023. Parkwind NV ("Parkwind“) has over ten years of experience in the development, construction, and operation of offshore wind power projects, primarily in Europe.
We will leverage Parkwind's expertise and knowledge in offshore wind power projects to accelerate JERA's global renewable energy business expansion.
