TCFD Consortium | Since joining the TCFD Consortium in 2021, JERA has made efforts to disclose information related to climate change. We will continue to disclose information in line with the TCFD recommendations and other relevant documents to further enhance communication with our stakeholders. |

TNFD Forum | JERA joined the TNFD Forum in 2024, where we disclosed information on natural capital and biodiversity. We are committed to contributing to initiatives related to the TNFD and promoting initiatives for sustainable management. |

CDP | The CDP is an international NGO that collects, analyzes, and evaluates information on the environmental activities of major companies around the world. It issues environmental guidance and questionnaires on climate change, forests, water, plastics, biodiversity, and other topics for companies to address. We have been responding to the CDP's climate change questionnaire since 2022. |

Femtech Community Japan | JERA has been a member of Femtech Community Japan since 2023, which is involved in femtech and related initiatives, sharing information, discussing current issues and future plans, and forming working groups. |

Keidanren Initiative for Biodiversity Conservation | We have participated in the Keidanren Initiative for Biodiversity Conservation since 2024 in support of the aims of the Keidanren Declaration for Biodiversity and Guideline formulated by the Keidanren (Japan Business Federation) and the Keidanren Committee on Nature Conservation. | |
Tokyo Association of Shareholder Affairs | Founded in 1931, the Tokyo Association of Shareholder Affairs (Tokyo Kabukon) is one of Japan's largest practitioners' associations for research and fellowship in commercial law and stock practice, with more than 1,000 listed companies as members. JERA joined in 2023, and our employees have been appointed by the association to serve as officers on its board. |
