In order to accomplish our mission, it is necessary for our employees to work in good health, both physically and mentally. We believe that in order for employees to work vigorously, the workplace must be a safe and secure environment, there must be a good work-life balance, and above all, employees themselves must be healthy.
To this end, we are working to create a workplace that protects employees from hazards, curb working hours and reduce stress in the workplace to improve work-life balance, and develop healthy habits to maintain, improve, and promote good health.

President, Director, CEO and COO will oversee KENKO Investment for Health Management as the chief executive officer, and the CHRO will be responsible for execution.
KENKO Investment for Health Management Unit has been established as an organization responsible for the practical implementation of KENKO Investment for Health Management promotion, and has a system in place to promote health management from multiple perspectives in cooperation with the Health Management Office with its occupational health staff, the JERA Health Insurance Association, the JERA Medical Mutual Aid Association, various HR-related organizations, and the JERA labor union.
