We have established the JERA Group Compliance Policy and the Compliance Code of Conduct, which stipulates that we always maintain proper and healthy relationships with our business partners, and we do not receive economic benefits that exceed good judgement.

In order to further clarify fair and honest relations with our business partners as a public utility, our officers and employees will decline to accept gifts (e.g. mid-year and year-end gifts, and celebration gifts) from our business partners.

We will continue to be fully aware of our obligations as a member of the global business community and strictly comply with the laws and regulations both in Japan and overseas. At the same time, we will act with integrity based on a heightened sense of ethics befitting a global corporation to meet the expectations of our stakeholders.
