Participation in the Host Consortium for Gastech Japan 20172015/09/01
JERA Co., Inc. is delighted to announce that, together with other Japanese Partners, it will participate in the Japan Gastech Consortium that will host Gastech Japan 2017.
Gastech Conference & Exhibition is the world’s leading natural gas and LNG conference and exhibition, and is a global meeting place for energy professionals working in the natural gas industry. It is held every 18 months in a different international location.
Gastech Japan 2017 is scheduled to be held from 4 to 7 April 2017 at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall. This will be the first time in its long history that this important event, which was first held in 1972, will be held in Japan.
In addition to participating in the host consortium, JERA intends to make speeches and hold meetings at the conference that will increase the LNG industry’s awareness of JERA and will create new business opportunities.
JERA, as one of the world’s largest LNG buyers, will continue to use its participation in international conferences to express its views concerning the global LNG market and to seek the further development of the LNG market in Asia.
