JERA Establishes JERA Global Energy Solutions Holdings and JERA Global Energy Solutions Japan2026/10/08
JERA Co., Inc. ("JERA") today announced the establishment of JERA Global Energy Solutions Holdings, Inc. ("JERA GES HD") and JERA Global Energy Solutions Japan, Inc. ("JERA GES Japan"), on October 1, 2026.
Together with JERA Global Energy Solutions Pte. Ltd. ("JERA GES"), which commenced operations in Singapore on July 1, 2026 (here), the two new entities complete the organizational framework for JERA’s global LNG and lower-carbon fuel business.
JERA GES, headquartered in Singapore, remains at the forefront of JERA's exclusive long-term LNG origination platform and is responsible for developing and managing JERA's long-term LNG business portfolio including upstream, lower-carbon fuels, and shipping. JERA GES HD serves as the holding company of the JERA Global Energy Solutions group within the broader JERA Group, with JERA GES Japan managing and operating the LNG and lower-carbon fuels activities in Japan.
Through this structure, JERA GES’ global LNG capabilities and operations are fully integrated strengthened across functions and regions. This dedicated organizational framework will support JERA’s ability to develop and manage its global energy portfolio and respond to evolving market and customer needs.
