JERA Agrees to Transfer Shares in the Carroll County Gas-Fired IPP Project in the United States2025/10/03
JERA Co., Inc. ("JERA") announced today it has agreed to transfer its 20% interest in the Carroll County gas-fired IPP Project to Strategic Value Partners, LLC, a US-based investment firm.
JERA, which hold the interest through its subsidiary JERA Americas Inc., will reinvest the proceeds as it continues to optimize its asset allocation in the changing business environment in the U.S. This approach will enable the company to adapt to evolving market conditions, achieve an optimal asset mix, and drive future revenue growth.
