JERA Agrees to Transfer Shares in the Ratchaburi Gas-Fired IPP Project in Thailand2025/09/08
JERA Co., Inc. (JERA) has agreed to transfer its entire shares—equivalent to 15% of the project interests—in the Ratchaburi Gas-Fired IPP Power Generation Project in the Kingdom of Thailand to two local existing shareholders: Ratchaburi Alliances Company Limited, RATCH Group Public Company Limited’s wholly owned indirect subsidiary, and Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited.
JERA will continue to optimize its asset portfolio in response to evolving business environments by strategically reallocating capital toward assets and investments, aiming to enhance long-term business growth.
