JERA sold Shares in Solar VSPP Business in Thailand2024/11/21
JERA Co., Inc. announces that it has sold all of its shares (equivalent to 49% of entire stake) in the solar VSPP power generation project in Thailand to Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited. The project consists of six mega solar power plants.
JERA will continue to renew its portfolio going forward, selling assets and reinvesting the proceeds as it optimizes its asset allocation for compatibility with a changing business environment and seeks to expand earnings.
