New Graduate Recruitment Plans for FY 20232022/02/24

JERA Co., Inc. (“JERA”) has announced its plan for the recruitment of new graduates in fiscal 2023.

 

JERA plans to hire a total of 120 new graduates for each of the following tracks, with recruitment activities to begin on 1 March 2022.

 

・ Business track (humanities/career-track): 40 persons

・ Business track (sciences/career-track): 15 persons

・Technical engineer track (sciences/career-track): 65 persons

 

The environment for the energy business is changing dramatically and expected to become increasingly complex going forward. JERA needs professional talent with expertise in a variety of fields in order to drive its decarbonization and digital transformation initiatives forward.

For fiscal 2023, therefore, JERA has established a new business track (sciences/career-track). By leveraging the scientific knowledge of those in this track and further developing their skills in administrative positions, JERA aims to secure personnel who are capable of playing an active role globally in the future.

 

By ensuring a stable supply of the diverse personnel upon whom the company’s future rests, JERA will pursue technology succession and the creation of new value as it responds to change and continually strives to enhance its corporate value.
