Issuance of our first Transition-Link Bonds of 10 years, 10 billion yen were decided on Feb 29, 2024.

Framework was developed in accordance with Climate Transition Finance Handbook 2023, Basic Guidelines on Climate Transition Finance (May 2021), Sustainability-Linked Bond Principles (2023), and Green Bond Guidelines 2020.
