JERA Co., Inc. ("JERA") will succeed to the existing thermal power generation business from TEPCO Fuel & Power Co., Ltd. and Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. on April 1, 2019. This is to inform you that its primary organizational structure will be as shown on the attached sheet.
