Donations for the "Earthquake in eastern Taiwan"2024/04/30

We would like to express our deepest condolences to the victims and to the families of those affected by the earthquake that has occurred off the coast of Taiwan on April 3rd, 2024. 

JERA has been working closely with the local partners and contributing to the electricity stability and energy transition in Taiwan for years. In response to this disaster, on April 29th, JERA donated 1 million TWD (approximately 5 million JPY) to the Taiwanese government through our subsidiary, JERA Energy Taiwan Co. Ltd., to support the affected individuals and contribute to the recovery efforts in the affected areas.

We sincerely pray for the swift restoration and recovery of the affected areas.
